Please be advised that pursuant to sections 190.600–190.621, RSMo, a Missouri Out of Hospital Do Not Resuscitate bracelet may only be worn by a person who has executed an effective OHDNR order. The front of the bracelet depicts the outline of the state of Missouri with the word STOP engraved in purple. The back of the bracelet must specify Missouri Out of Hospital DNR Order.
- To issue a Missouri DNR bracelet, we must first receive a copy of your Do Not Resuscitate order signed by your attending physician. You can either scan the document and upload it at the time you place your order, email it to us at CustomerService@stickyj.com, or fax it to 727-499-0989.
