Ratings (the Good, the Bad, and the In Between) Okay, it's true. In the course of serving
78,000 customers, some said they wouldn't shop with us again, and some said we were just 'Okay'. But, the rest of the respondents rated us 'Good' or 'Excellent', and we're very proud of that.
Two weeks after we ship an order, we invite every customer to fill out a survey via email telling us how we did. About 7% (much higher than average) take the time to complete the survey, and rate us according to Price, Shipping Options, Timely Delivery, Ease of Purchase, and Customer Service. The customers are also invited to provide us with their comments, and many of them do.
Rather than filter out just the good ones, we've decided to share them all with you. The good, the bad, and the in between. Hopefully, it will help you to see us the way our customers did. And hopefully, it will encourage you to give us a try.
By the way . . . occasionally you'll see an email from a customer who wasn't happy with his or her shopping experience. In nearly every case, we've contacted that customer and tried our very best to resolve their problem. Most, if not all, of those contacted would now say that the matter was resolved to their satisfaction. But, if their review was submitted to Yahoo! before they let us know there was a problem, there's unfortunately no way to remove or revise their negative review.
